Who we are

ListEmailCheck is an independent email verification and list-cleaning service. Our team has spent years working on email deliverability, growth marketing, and infrastructure engineering, and we built ListEmailCheck to give teams of any size access to the same three-layer verification pipeline (syntax, MX records, and SMTP handshake) that the largest email senders rely on.

Why we built it

Most legitimate email lists silently rot at a rate of 22–25% per year as contacts change jobs, abandon inboxes, or switch providers. Sending to those addresses drives up bounce rates, damages your sender reputation, and eventually pushes your legitimate mail into the spam folder.

We wanted a tool that was fast, honest about its methodology, and affordable enough that small teams and solo founders could actually use it — not just enterprise buyers. That's ListEmailCheck.
